    Quail Hollow Senior Living Community seeks full time Community Manager for 230+ independent senior apartments in West Lebanon, NH.

    Candidate will be one of five employees at the property, including Leasing Manager, Administrative Assistant, Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician.

    Candidate will need to be able to work independently, manage time effectively, be attentive to details and willing to tackle challenges and solve problemsSpecific duties and job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Rent collectionTenant Customer ServiceMaintenance & Vendor CoordinationSome administrative tasks and reportingOverseeing site staffWorking with Compliance to ensure tax credit complianceCoordinating resident events and servicesSkills and

    Experience Requirements:

    Ability to work in dependently and manage timeWillingness to tackle challenges and solve problemsComfortability working with seniors, their families and their needsExceptional organizational and communication skills.

    High level of competency in learning new computer and technology skills.

    Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, Word & OutlookExperience in MRI or other real estate software is preferredExperience in property management, including affordable housing is preferredCandidate will live no further than 45 minutes from West Lebanon, NH.
