Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using various techniques.
• Work with a variety of tools and equipment to achieve professional results.
• Ensure accurate color matching and consistency throughout projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean/organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

In this role, you will be required to maintain physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting. This role may require some ladder work.
