- Assist lead spray foam technicians in preparing job sites for insulation installation
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies onto job site
- Set up spray foam rigs, hoses, and other equipment as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly handling materials and equipment
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on spray foam equipment and tools
- Provide physical labor support such as moving furniture, covering surfaces, and cleaning up after projects
- Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly upon project completion
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in insulation installation is accepted.
- Previous experience in construction, insulation, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments, including confined spaces and elevated surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety practices and regulations.
- Basic understanding of insulation materials and equipment is desirable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Experience driving a vehicle with a heavy duty trailer is a plus.
