    Description

    One of the country's top General Contractors is hiring an experienced Traveling Superintendent with expertise in ground-up commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working on diverse projects and is willing to travel throughout the southeast.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide on-site leadership and supervision for ground-up commercial construction projects.
    • Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines, regardless of the location.
    • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews at various project sites.
    • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality standards and identify any potential issues or risks, regardless of geographical location.
    • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project progress, regardless of project location.
    • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations at all project sites.
    • Monitor project budgets and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions, regardless of project location.
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or queries, whether in Arkansas or nationwide.
    • Resolve construction-related problems or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner, regardless of project location.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, codes, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage and supervise construction teams.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the state of Arkansas or nationwide, as required.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to operate construction vehicles and equipment safely.
