Job Summary
Develops communicates and leverages a strategic vision aligned with company market and local plans to direct management team in facility operations merchandising
Provides supervision development opportunities for associates in facility presenting issues such as high turnover significant engagement inexperienced associates recruiting challenges requiring ongoing proactive recruitment hiring training mentoring succession planning duty assignment performance evaluation recognition within workplace across multiple levels of organization
Ensures compliance with policies procedures by anticipating responding to challenging compliance issues effectively navigating environment controlling necessary controls developing maintaining relationships federal state local officials holding hourly managers accountable analyzing interpreting reports implementing monitoring asset protection safety controls quality assurance standards overseeing safety operational reviews action plans correcting deficiencies providing direction guidance executing company programs strategic initiatives
