    Requirements:

    • 1 to 4 years of experience in transportation or truck brokerage sales, indicating a familiarity with the nuances of the industry.
    • Demonstrates the ability to lead and fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
    • Has successfully built and managed a substantial book of business, showcasing a history of effective client acquisition and retention.
    • Exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building and maintaining positive client relationships.
    • Approaches challenges with a strategic mindset, utilizing critical thinking to navigate the sales cycle.
    • Takes a proactive and results-oriented approach, anticipating and addressing client needs to contribute effectively to organizational growth.

    Top Responsibilities:

    • Drive 90% of inside sales using advanced tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to build a strong book of business.
    • Collaborate with non-asset-based brokerages, actively sourcing trucks and connecting them with clients in the market.
    • Secure contracts and establish initial relationships, smoothly transitioning them to account managers for ongoing maintenance.
    • Maintain a substantial book of business of at least $10,000.
