    *Registered Nurse - Progressive Care Unit
    Full time 7 PM - 8 AM$20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for FULL TIME**About Us*Come and join the Cape Regional team. Evaluates patients, implements, and documents nursing care. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications utilizing the nursing process. Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing and current NJ-RN License required. Specific shift requirements apply. Follow established policies and procedures. Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors. Provides excellent customer service interfacing well with all levels of staff, management, and physicians. Applies Cape Regional Health System core values of quality; service; efficiency; integrity; safety; professionalism, teamwork, and compassion. *Education Requirements*Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing. *License/Certification Requirements*Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse). Current AHA BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) ACLS within 3 months/Critical Care course within 6 months of hire.
