The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is seeking a full-time Accreditation and Compliance Coordinator to oversee the Police Department's accreditation function and policy development, review and compliance.

The job requires working independently and meeting deadlines as required. The department is committed to upholding the highest professional standards while serving the community in which they work and live.,
  • Oversee the department's entire accreditation process,
  • Maintain data entry of policy compliance in the Power DMS program
  • ,
  • Review existing General Orders as well as prepare new General Orders for the Police Department,
