Job summary

The Team Administrator is responsible for providing executive assistant support for Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/teams. A successful candidate will be a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

* Answering inbound phone calls or making outbound calls* Managing the calendar including coordinating meetings or events with logistics such as material prep* Maintaining travel itineraries, preparing expense reports, and managing the reimbursement process*
