- Collaborate with the development team to design and develop highly personalized chatbots and email bots using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop and maintain the orchestration engine that integrates the chatbots and email bots with different marketing and sales channels.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for data exchange between different components of the system.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications to enable the end-users to interact with the chatbots and email bots.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the high quality of the software.
- Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies to improve the performance, scalability, and maintainability of the system.
- Work closely with product management and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate with very little direction.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of work experience coding in Python.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience working on Martech tooling is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to have significant overlap with PST working hours.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge orchestration engine.
