Job summary
This position provides physical therapy patient care under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist to support patients' healing, improved mobility, function, pain management and quality of life aligned with IOC policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Follow IOC workflows and policies to ensure a safe, clean, and collaborative workplace and excellent patient experience.
- Greet and room patients.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of electronic health record chart notes following IOC workflows and policies.
