- You would practice at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado
- Your hours will be Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, no call, no weekends
- You will see approximately 13-14 patients per day for H&Ps, follow ups, and assisting with new consults, follow-up management and elevate to surgeon as appropriate
- Triage incoming referrals to include pre-charting and discern with provider the patient should see and timing of appointment
- You will have the opportunity for first assist work in the OR 2 times per week
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program or an accredited School of Nursing
- Unrestricted PA license in the state of Colorado or current RN license in the state of Colorado with a current certification in CO as a Nurse Practitioner, required
- DEA and BLS
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a NP or a PA in a bariatric and/or surgical setting with first assist responsibilities, strongly preferred
