    Job Description

    This is a flexible, remote role for a Driver Placement Specialist. The Driver Placement Specialist will be responsible for matching qualified drivers with available positions. They will work closely with both drivers and transportation companies to ensure a successful placement. The Driver Placement Specialist will also maintain a database of driver information to track drivers.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with drivers and transportation companies
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Knowledge of transportation industry and understanding of driver requirements
    • Familiarity with driver hiring and placement processes
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems or databases
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
    • Part time/full time hours are accepted
