- Implement best practices for the efficient review and processing of Front Office paperwork and assist in identifying gaps and maintaining quality control.
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment and provide support and assistance to other team members as necessary.
- Prioritize and task all incoming papers and projects, with minimal supervision and communication information as soon as feasible after receipt.
- Maintain and update various tracking files.
- Request Bureau's clearance of memoranda for Senior State Department officials and troubleshoot specific concerns.
- Other administrative duties as needed to support ENR operations
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office's Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher and MS Project Experience.
- Ability to work both independently and with others.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Familiarity with ISO requirements, standards and processes.
- High School Diploma, GED or related experience.
- Availability to Travel.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least five (5) years of executive level office management experience, or equivalent experience.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Previous work experience supporting the Department of State #CJ The target salary range for this position is $84,000 to $98,000 annually
