POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Finance Analyst will be responsible for actively managing trade related deductions/claims and activities related to trade deductions/claims for the Professional business.
In this role you will be completing actions to clear exceptions related to trade deductions/claims, while driving change within our customer base to improve accuracy of deductions/claims.
Only candidates local to Solon, Oh area will be considered.
Must work onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
KEY OBJECTIVES
Bring transparency to deductions and achieve goals of improvements in customer behavior around deduction process.
Work directly with the sales and sales finance copilots to drive change and action.
Effectively collaborate and communicate across multiple functions throughout the organization to promote alignment to get results.
Plan, prioritize, and lead your workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions.
Work with all customers who are not compliant with deduction/payment process, Contract ID, format, Claimant, ineligible items, etc.
Complete updates in Exceedra for pending claims.
Act as a guide and support for the sales team.
Drive backup of deduction for management within TPM system.
This role provides chances to lead projects and think strategically while dealing with business complexity.
EXPERIENCE
Proficiency in English
Work experience in accounting, financial or sales trade analysis
Excel experience

EDUCATION
BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, required
