    SUMMARY OF POSITION:
    This key position is responsible for the direction and leadership of the customer service and sales associate teams.

    This role requires a blend of sales leadership, team management, and commitment to delivering outstanding service to our valued customersESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Lead the customer service and sales associate activities by providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to optimize their effectiveness in customer interactions Direct the team on effective customer communication and provide support to escalations Create, implement, and ensure SOP's are in place to improve customer satisfaction and improve internal team's effectiveness by streamlining workflows in ERP or Electronic formats Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align customer order activity with planning activity.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and customer service efforts.

    Provide input and manage part life cycle system and related part plan tools Recommend and execute margin and part alignment activities Monitor and analyze sales and customer service data, providing insights to KPI's on areas for improvement and growth opportunities Address open E&O parts and provide root cause analysis and apply corrective actions to prevent further instances Other duties as assigned or requiredPosition Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

    A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 6+ years of experience Prior leadership or management experience in a customer service, sales or supply chain/planning role Knowledge of ERP systems, quoting, and margin analysis Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office products Ability to read and interpret documents such as, purchase orders, terms and conditions, and contracts Prior negotiation experience and an effective communicator Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from customer dataPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; frequently required to sit and talk or hear; occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms.

    The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
