+Responsibilities
- Partners with the multi-disciplinary team on care plan and treatment assisting in admissions supporting or assisting clients in programming.
- Participates in therapeutic meals and snacks provides support during structured outings recreation available to engage challenge and support residents as needed reports observations documents charts monitors supports bathroom use per client treatment direction monitors documents exercise responsible for enforcing appropriate policies with residents completing all expected tasks including hourly room-checks.
