    Job Responsibilities:

    As a key member of our Land Development team, you will be responsible for project planning, design, and execution. Key tasks include:

    • Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies for land development projects.
    • Preparing detailed site plans, grading plans, and drainage designs using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
    • Collaborating with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive project designs.
    • Providing engineering expertise and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each project.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you must have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in land development projects, with a strong focus on working with homebuilders and commercial projects.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
    • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, site planning, and design.

    Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year.
