    Job Description

    • Take and record vital signs.
    • Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
    • Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and report to a supervisor.
    • Assist with medication reminders, grooming, dressing, and other daily activities.
    • Provide specialized care for residents with dementia.
    • Assist in transferring and positioning residents.
    • Offer skin care services.
    • Contribute to resident assessments and care plans.
    • Provide nursing rehabilitation services.
    • Follow resident care schedules provided by the supervisor.
    • Provide emotional and social support to residents.
    • Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity.
    • Inform supervisor of any resident concerns.
    • Encourage resident independence and confidentiality.

    Qualifications

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience. Area of Study: Clinical/Nursing. Experience: 1+ years in clinical/nursing field. Certifications: CNA licensure as per state regulations. Language Skills: Proficient in English. Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills.

    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
