- Oversee month-end close procedures.
- Record revenues
- Monitor inventory movements and record.
- Calculate and record monthly Cost of Goods Sold.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Obtain authorization for GL codes and journal entries
- Maintain organized records following company policies.
- Coordinate sales tax and reporting.
- Manage insurance policies, including prepaids and amortization.
- Assist with year-end close tasks.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
- Support audits and respond to information requests.
- 5+ years of Experience, 1+ year of Supervisory Experience Preferred (will be partially supervising)
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience in e-commerce or start up environment (+)
- CPA (+)
- QuickBooks Experience or ERP
