    Licensed Insurance Producer (Commercial Lines)

    • Glenwood Insurance Agency

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $150,000+ with Uncapped Commission Earnings

    Location: Remote in the Denver Market

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is sales driven, and has a passion for providing great customer service.

    What You'll Do:

    • Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial accounts.
    • Perform needs assessments during qualifying interviews with prospects.
    • Present solutions and close deals.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed sales objectives.
    • Identify resources to improve clients' insurance and risk management programs.
    • Assist with managing current client relationships and renewals to ensure retention.

    What You Need:

    • 3+ years of sales experience; property and casualty insurance sales a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales expectations.
    • Align actions with goals, demonstrate urgency, and set priorities.
    • Build strong relationships and share useful information with the team.
    • Property and Casualty License preferred; must obtain licensure within 60 days of hire.
    • Strong desire for personal and professional development.
