    Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking a full-time non-exempt Treatment Coordinator/Orthodontic Assistant on the Mesa, Arizona campus.


    Duties & Responsibilities:


    • Complete the new patient life cycle with each patient including presenting treatment plan options and tracking/following-up with patients.
    • Create and track reports on conversion rates and recalls.
    • Chairside specialty assistant in Orthodontics (four-handed assisting).
    • Take Orthodontic specialty x-rays and images, including CBCT scans with iCAT, Pan/Cephs, hand/wrist films, and iTero intraoral scans.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Skills & Experience:


    • Previous treatment coordination and Orthodontic Assistant experience required.
    • Front office skills required.
    • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, maturity, and dependability.
    • Ability to self-direct and multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task while incurring multiple interruptions.
    • Four handed Orthodontic assisting; sterilization, OSHA, HIPAA, FERPA, and infection control standards/regulations.
