    Job Responsibilities
    As a Medical Lab Scientist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results that directly impact patient care


    Responsibilities include:
    Performing a wide range of clinical laboratory tests with precision and adherence to protocols
    Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments
    Conducting quality control and preventive maintenance procedures
    Preparing reagents and managing supply inventory to support efficient operations
    Reviewing and reporting test results, including notifying providers of critical values
    Upholding regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, and other standards) and maintaining accurate documentation
    Collaborating with fellow laboratory staff and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care

    Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
    Certification as MLS/MT (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) required or eligible
    Previous experience as a generalist in a hospital or clinical lab setting preferred
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for accuracy
    Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
    Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

    Compensation & Benefits

    Pay range:
    Starting at $32/hour - $47/hour base

    Sign-on bonus:
    $10,000, with relocation assistance available

    Schedule:
    7 on / 7 off, full-time, with both day and night shifts available - take a week off without using PTO
