    We're a vibrant and productive luxury team looking for a Showing Agent. Sales and lead generation are also a big role in this upside commission opportunity.

    Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes.

    You'll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive commission compensation for your hard work. If this sounds like a good fit, apply now.

    Compensation:

    $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions

    Responsibilities:
    • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
    • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
    • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
    • Refine buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
    • Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales
    • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner

    • Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
    • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction
    • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion

    Qualifications:
    • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
    • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
    • Professional in attitude and appearance
    • A real estate license is required
