    Challenges You Will Solve
    As the Senior Web Developer, you'll lead our public website development. Drive agile delivery practices while managing the website within the larger Digital Marketing team. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering teams, product, and other stakeholders to deliver at-scale solutions.
    What You'll Do

    Maintaining backlog as new projects are established
    Lead development projects for the website
    Own the technical direction for the website and its infrastructure
    QAing completed work and ensuring a consistent level of quality
    Improve system for managing and addressing site content update requests
    Bring a specific passion for excellence in the area of market-facing web development
    Lead shared best practices and development standards while providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
    Participate in design and requirement reviews with key stakeholders and be able to communicate clearly
    Collaborate with the Creative, CRO, Community, and SEO to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience
    Cross-departmental collaboration to deliver projects on time
    Assess new initiatives to determine the work effort and estimate the necessary time-to-completion
    Manage the relationship with our third-party hosting provider
    Leading the website into the future using cutting edge technologies
    What You'll Bring

    6+ years of experience as a backend developer, front-end development, and project management is required
    Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects
    Proficient experience working with core web technologies such as PHP, WordPress, HTML5, CSS, JS frameworks, AWS
    Experience with front-end architecture
    Experience working in an agile environment
    Ability to code for cross-browser compatibility, and sites that require security/authentication
    Expertise with object-oriented coding, version/source control, bug tracking, and workflow applications/tools
    Knowledge of current trends and best practices in web architecture, including performance, accessibility, and usability

    Compensation Range:
    $110,000 - $140,000 + bonus and equity
