    VISTA's Permanent Placement Division is recruiting a Urologist for a prestigious 500-bed medical center.

    • Attractive yearly salary (at least $465,000 the first year) with a lucrative incentive program
    • Employment/solo opportunity available
    • Medical center offers a broad spectrum of services
    • Newly remodeled office
    • Two cysto rooms with new equipment
    • DaVinci Xi Robot
    • Will support any special focus
    • Call 1 in 4
    • Metro area population of 170,000 with service area of 400,000
    • Texas license or ability to obtain license, required
    • Full benefit package (health, dental, vision, LTD, STD, critical iIlness, life insurance, retirement, 30 days a year of PTO, 18 weeks of sick leave, and more)
    • Sign-on bonus $25K
    • Student loan repayment
    * $2,000 Texas license fees reimbursement

    • CME $5,000 per year and five paid days per year
    • Potential monthly training stipend (up to 24 months)
    • Marketing, sign-on bonus and stipend can be offered
    • Relocation and house hunting assistance (up to $20K)
    • Malpractice coverage would begin the first day and includes tail coverage for tenure ($1,000,000 and $3,000,000 policy limits)
