National Garden Service, founded in 2019, is a full-service, live goods merchandising company that provides exclusive outdoor floral services for The Kroger Company (and subsidiaries) nationwide.

This position will service the following Kroger location(s): # Suder Ave. Toledo, OH 43611 # Navarre Ave. Oregon, OH 43616

As a Live Goods Merchandiser, your workday will include:

Receive and stage a variety of outdoor plants, including Christmas trees, wreaths and other assorted, seasonal products
Build and maintain product displays
Water all plant materials (spring-fall)
Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed (spring-fall)
Keep product neatly organized
Ensure proper signage is in place
Maintain a safe and clean display area
Remove and record expired plant material
Interacting with store personnel and customers
Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
Complete report for each store serviced
Document every visit using the Repsly app where available

As a Live Goods Merchandiser, you will be required to:

Have a smart phone
Have dependable transportation
Have a valid driver's license
Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
Understand and execute planograms
Work outdoors in all element
