    Responsibilities

    The RN, Cardiac Rehab is responsible for planning, implementing, goal setting, and evaluating care plans for each patient. ?

    The successful candidate will be able to:?

    • Develop a care plan for cardiac patients that includes the findings of diagnostic testing, physician's orders, and the exercise prescription
    • Perform monitored exercise therapy, education sessions, and counseling to facilitate behavior modification and change
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide appropriate services for each patient
    • Educate patient and family on risk factors and recommend plans to reduce them
    • Communicate with and educate physicians on the benefits of cardiac rehab and facilitate referrals
    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    • ADN required
    • Oklahoma RN license
    • BLS & ACLS

    Preferred Job Requirements:

    • BSN preferred
    • Cardiac experience strongly preferred
