- Identify fresh sales opportunities in the region, create account-specific tactics, and put them into action to seize market share and enhance profitability.
- Demonstrate strong skills in providing customer solution sales by identifying customer challenges and offering effective solutions to address them.
- Develop strategies across divisions to promote comprehensive packages.
- Prepare customer call reports using CRM to document customer meetings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to devise strategies that assist customers in achieving their top-level objectives and resolving challenges.
- Secure new business agreements by following up on leads, formulating and negotiating prices, and finalizing sales and recurring order partnerships.
- Conduct Voice of the Customer surveys to improve and expand our future product and service offerings in order to maintain a leading market position.
- Collect and apply insights on competitors to enhance our product offerings and market position.
- Possess extensive knowledge about Mission products.
- Acquire and retain a solid understanding of NOV products and services.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations to streamline communication in order to assist customers and create additional business prospects.
- Participate in industry trade shows and regional or local events as necessary.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a minimum of 5 years in relevant sales account management
- Preferably 2-5 years of experience in sales account management
- Prior experience in selling frac equipment, cementing equipment, blender discharge pumps, plunger pumps, fluid ends, frac valves & seats, and/or flow control products is highly advantageous
