    Description


    Investor Relations Manager (IRM) – Latin America is responsible for direct communication in English and Spanish with prospective investors who have interest in the EB-5 investor visa program and other investment programs.

    This vital role works with prospective investors, industry attorneys, law firms, family offices, wealth managers, and immigration companies to assist clients in moving forward with their onboarding.

    This requires the IRM to develop strong professional relationships and assist with growing and developing the Latin America market.

    This position also travels domestically and internationally up to 25%.
    Essential Job Functions


    Manages and builds relationships with prospective clients and current clients, outside industry agencies, and other company contacts to ensure growth in Latin American market.

    Helps build marketing initiatives and proposes events, both in-person and virtual, in Latin American market to grow brand awareness for CMB, and the EB-5 visa program.

    Helps build marketing initiatives and proposes events, both in-person and virtual, in Latin American market to grow brand awareness for NHK and its investment partnerships.

    Contributes at least one (1) piece of writing or specific topic per month for social media or other company platforms to outline EB-5 program benefits or other regionally-specific information deemed helpful to build relationships in Latin American market.

    Collects, reports, and enters all information regarding communications with clients into internal database.
    Assists with providing requested details to clients regarding the company's offering while demonstrating top-notch customer service.
    Compiles quarterly and annual reports for details related to travel, summary of clients under management, and market strategy.

    Reports must provide insight and details on metrics related to return on investment (ROI), along with accomplishments, opportunities for improvement, strategy, and milestones to achieve.

    Travels up to 25% domestically, or internationally to Latin America, no less than on a quarterly basis to meet with current and prospective clients, attend conferences, or meet with potential company contacts.

    Oversees planning and executive of celebrations for significant cultural events associated with Latin American market.
    Completes other duties, tasks, and projects, as assigned.

    Reads, writes, speaks, and understands English and Spanish fluently.
    Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 25%.
    Ability to use and operate office equipment and machinery such as computer, copier, scanner, and fax machine.
    Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field highly preferred.
    Cultural knowledge or personal life experience resulting from residing in or personal ties to Latin America.
    Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
    Intimate knowledge and experience with finance or investments highly preferred.
    Intimate knowledge of visa or immigration process highly preferred.
    Physical Requirements


    Constant sedentary work for prolonged periods up to 100% of the time with routinely moving and transporting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds.

    Must be able to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, using various modes of transportation including airplane. Must be able to detect, identify, inspect, observe, perceive and assess investor relations for assigned market(s). Must be able to constantly communicate and exchange accurate information. Constantly operates and uses computer and other relevant equipment and office machinery while performing repetitious movements.
