    Job Description

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team at Flik Hospitality Group.

    Salary: $75,000.00 per year

    Key Responsibilities:

    • SUPERVISE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION: Ensure the highest standards of excellence are met in all aspects of food service operations.
    • HIRE AND TRAIN ASSOCIATES: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of associates to provide exceptional customer service.
    • MARKET AND EXECUTE EVENTS: Plan, market, and execute special events and promotions in the cafe to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • ENSURE COMPLIANCE: Maintain strict adherence to sanitation and cleaning standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for customers and associates alike.
    • MANAGE CAFE OPERATIONS: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including cash handling procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
    • PERFORM OTHER DUTIES: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the cafe.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in food service management, preferably in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related fields.
    • Strong operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
    • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
    • ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred.
