Job summary
Working under the general supervision of the Principal Investigator and Instructor conducts a variety of experiments where methodologies are clearly established calculates transcribes and analyzes data using basic bioinformatic approaches studies the literature attends seminars and expands their knowledge of epigenetics to best function as part of our research teamResponsibilities
- Executes genomic and molecular biological experiments
- Utilizes bioinformatic training to analyze chromatin factor binding patterns protein-protein interactions and genotype-specific transcriptional outputs
