- Support the structure for the internal audit process, ensuring policies and procedures are compliant with standards Monitor DNV regulatory non-conformities, preparing and relaying updates on quality and compliance Assist the Director in maintaining awareness of licensing and regulatory matters, identify changes to regulations and accreditation standards and maintain the survey readiness plan Oversee the Leapfrog survey process Manage expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and ensure departmental activities have sufficient resources Create and facilitate improvement teams as needed and provide oversight and guidance to sets goals, establish agenda, manage meetings, etc.
