    Responsibilities Schedule:
    M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm (occasional OT)

    Provide customer service, answer, and route incoming calls, receive, process, and enter customer payments, process applications for service and service disconnections, answer billing questions.

    Accurately maintain and balance cash drawer dailyReconcile payment batches with receiptsProcess outgoing mailAccept deliveries and notify receiptCommunicate with customers to keep them advised of status of service requestsGenerate service orders for reconnection of service/check high usageClose out maintenance service orders and post readings on routine service ordersReview zero usage spreadsheet and generate work order if warrantedFunction as a liaison between the customers, the field personnel, and the office staffResponsible for opening and closing business office to the publicPerform other duties as assignedResponsible for filing and storage system for customer documents and records

    $21/hrA utility client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who will provide face to face and telephone service to customers, receiving payments, processing credit card transactions, sending and receiving applications, answering, and resolving customer questions and problems, routing in-coming calls, taking messages, and processing out-going mail

    Job Responsibilities:
