    Description
    The Global MACA Business Operations is responsible for operational management of MACA budget; HCP, consultant(s) and vendor(s) contractual support. This person will be responsible for operational mgmt. of the Unrestricted Educational Grants and Investigator Sponsored Research Program.

    This person will also be responsible to support tactical execution and logistical support on engagements such as Proctor Training support, MACA led Adboard and symposiums.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide operational mgmt. and oversight on Sirtex Educational Grants and Investigator Sponsored Research Program.
    Support regular review and management of MACA annual budget with business owners.

    Support monthly/ quarterly reviews of budgets with respective business owners and Finance to ensure accruals and forecasts are reviewed properly.

    Support review and approval of invoices in alignment with MACA annual budget.
    Supports MACA Operations and Legal to develop processes to determine HCP business justification for contracting and appropriate renewals.
    Support the delegation of approval process to ensure that all MACA contracts are budgeted and approved by Sirtex Management.
    Track all MACA HCP and vendor MSA/MCA and exhibit contracts for renewal, expirations and rationale for engagements.
    Supports to assess, evaluate and negotiate a preferred vendor list to support efficiency in business operations.
    Support MACA Operations in identification, analysis of operational gaps and implementation of best practices to support operational excellence.

    Stays abreast of organization and function operations and gains familiarity with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.

    Support metric extrapolation and analyses as requested for use in reports or presentations.
    May participates on project teams, providing analytical support to achieve project objectives.
    Support business global business teams with mandatory and adhoc Proctor Training requirements.
    Support Global business teams with logistical and ad hoc support for MACA led Adboard and symposiums.

    Qualifications EDUCATIONAL PREREQUISITES AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelors Degree in ScienceThe target base salary range for this position will range from $77,000 to $90,000 annually.

    Individual compensation for this job requisition will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including your geographic location, skills, experience, education and other factors as they relate to the position requirements.

    Actual compensation may vary depending on the confirmed job-related skills and experience.

    In addition to the expected base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Sirtexs incentive programs (target bonus of 5% for this position)and benefit plans, which include paid sick and vacation time, health insurance and a generous 401k matching program .


    TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
    Undergo all formal Training Events as may be directed from time-to-time.
