    About the Role

    This Licensed Customer Service Representative position requires an active Property and Casualty license. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating customers about insurance options and providing prompt and friendly customer service.

    • This role involves using a customer-focused review process to educate customers and maintaining a strong work ethic.
    • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be people-oriented and detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and work in a team environment.
