Growing government contractor looking to bring on a ServiceNow Developer to their team. Due to contract the position does require viable candidates to have a DOD Secret clearance.

Job DescriptionServiceNow Developer3-5 years working with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environmentAt least 4 years of experience in the IT Industry ExperienceExperience in Configuring and Implementing various ServiceNow ITBM modules (APM, SPM, etc.)Developing Configuration item realtionships for Business Capabiltiies, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application ServicesExperience in intergation ServiceNow with any 3rd party tool/application using web-services (REST/SOAP) or any other methodology like JDBC, etc.

Working knowledge of integrating APM with other ServiceNow modules including ITSM and SAMTechnical knowledge of various phases of applications, understanding the business or app functionsExpertise in ServiceNow Reporting.

Building custom Reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow for various modulesCreate Configuration Management policies and procedures for tracking IT assets and licensingExperience in configuring and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)Good knowledge around Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM, implementations in ServiceNowWorking knowledge of implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodologyExperienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system designMaintains service level agreements (SLA) and monitors an SLA workflowsGood understanding of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM ServiceNow ModulesRequired Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management(APM) module and Strategic Portfolio Management(SPM) module implementation experience required.
