NOBULL is currently seeking a Director of Transportation to oversee and build their transportation infrastructure and network. As a rapidly growing global brand, the ability to effectively transport their products is essential to NOBULLs ongoing success. The Director of Transportation will be central to building the internal team, exterior partners, and overall compliance within the department. **Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee both inbound transportation of product from global network of manufacturing partners to our distribution networks as well as outbound transportation to our customers (retail and eComm)

+ Lead carrier management processes including provider selection, performance management, compliance, and contract negotiation across all global regions

+ Deliver freight costs targets across all regions while maximizing customer service levels

+ Implement and maintain transportation Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

+ Develop reporting mechanism to track KPIs

+ Work closely with leadership to develop short, mid and long-term strategies to support business growth

+ Optimize transportation spend for inbound logistics which will include origin drayage, ocean/air transport as well as destination drayage.

+ Build internal team to support global growth

**Qualifications:**

+ 10+ years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation roles required

+ Strong knowledge of transportation regulatory and compliance requirements

+ Ability to analyze large data sets using well-honed computer software skills to develop insights and conclusions for the business

+ Strong negotiating and 3rd party management skills

+ Experience in an entrepreneurial start-up environment is a plus

+ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written format to all levels of leadership

+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

+ Proven track record of building and developing teams

+ Ability to think strategically and fiscally from an overall company perspective
