Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT - Outpatient Rehab
Shift: Variable Days / 7a-3:30p or 7a-5:30p, 8's, 10's, 40 hours per week
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:

• OR is part of the PT compact privilege state
• Minimum of 1 year of experience or clinical rotation in department specific area
• Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association
• BLS
• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required

5x8 hour or 4x optionJune startOutpatient Rehab
Education:
• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
Experience:
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience or clinical rotation in department specific area required.
Licenses/ Certification/ Registration:
• Graduate of a program approved by the Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association, and holds a valid license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
• BLS from the AHA within 90 days of hire required
