- Coaches and provides feedback to preceptors and orientees and assesses orientation progress.

- Facilities learning, change and professional role competence and growth.
- Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as a resource to less experienced staff.

Job Summary
Position is responsible for executing educational experiences that facilitate the promotion of competent and quality patient care. Supports clinical employees in their efforts to acquire knowledge and skills, and in their professional development. Typically reports to the campus Manager or Director of Clinical Education and Professional Development.Peri-anesthesia & Interventional PD:
Covers PAT, Pre-Op, PACU, Cath-Lab (pre/intra/post); Neuro IR; Cardiac Rehab; Body IR RNs)
Critical Care/ICU RN experience preferred.
MSN Degree preferred
*CPAN Certification or CV-BC Certification or CCRN Certification preferred
*PACU experience preferred

Other Duties: EBP Project management & implementation, workflow operations, data outcomes, real-time quality improvements.
