- Provide equipment-related technical support to on-going production operations including maintenance, spare parts, repairs, and documentation of support activities.
- Help instruct our employees on how to use the equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
- Track machine downtime and recommend strategies to reduce.
- Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
- Help to develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, lead the team to deliver effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with computer design software, a comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and ordinances, and strong communications skills.
- Willing to work on 12 hours continental shift (Day/Night).

An Equipment Shift Engineer specializes in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of specific machinery or equipment, focusing on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of these systems. This will include ensuring proper installations and maintenance of equipment to minimize production delay.
