- Administer IV therapies, focusing on individualized patient care, in their homes.
- Monitor patient responses and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Collaborate with Cambridge's medical teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Manage and maintain infusion-related equipment with the highest standards.
- Educate and support patients and families regarding their treatment.
- Active MA nursing license.
- Nursing degree with extensive experience as an RN or IV Certified LVN/LPN.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Willing to travel locally in Cambridge.
- Proficient in EMR and other healthcare tech tools.
