Responsibilities
+Provides technical support for workstation, server and network hardware, software and peripheral equipment.
+Upgrade existing hardware and software.
+Correct reported hardware and/or software problems.
+Perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.

- Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange, 365, Azure, SCCM SharePoint Storage SAN NAS FC ISCSI Compute Cisco UCS HCI Cloud Application Delivery VMWare Horizon Zero clients SSO Network Cisco LAN WAN Wireless 24 x on call availability Flexible to work overtime after hours Ability to work in fast paced environment lead multiple projects under strict deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate in positive professional manner throughout all levels of organization LICENSE CERTIFICATION Preferred Microsoft VMware Cisco networking EMC storage similar industry certifications EXPERIENCE Minimum years working experience information technology related field Prior experience managing complex IT infrastructure highly available environment Healthcare experience
