    Job Description:
    We are actively seeking an experienced

    Operating Room Technician (Certified Surgical Tech – CST)

    for a high-volume OR with a strong emphasis on

    spine surgery .

    This role is ideal for a confident OR Tech who thrives in complex cases and is comfortable with call responsibilities.


    Unit Details:
    OR with

    6 surgical suites
    Approx.

    10 cases per day

    Common cases include:
    Spine surgery (REQUIRED)
    Ortho total joints
    ORIFs
    General surgery
    DaVinci robotic procedures


    Schedule:

    Days:
    Monday–Friday

    6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

    No self or block scheduling

    Call

    Requirements:
    Approx.

    130 hours every 6 weeks
    Includes nights, weekends & holidays
    30-minute call response time


    Requirements:
    Certified Surgical Tech (CST)

    BLS
    Active Colorado DORA license

    Solid spine surgery experience (required)
    Must be within

    60-mile radius
    Driver's License required at submission
    Must be

    in-state for orientation week

    Floating:
    May float to St. Anthony's North or Central if volumes are low

    Scrubs:
    Light blue (hospital provided)
