• Drive sales through exceptional client service, strong product knowledge, and deep understanding of the luxury retail environment.

Serve as a true brand ambassador by conveying RIMOWAs storied heritage, iconic designs, engineering,and uncompromising craftsmanship while curating an exclusive and loyal client portfolio by building enduring relationships that drive sustained repeat business through personalized engagement.

• Deliver seamless white-glove post-purchase experiences with meticulous management of follow-ups,
