  • Open Dates:
  • November ongoing
  • Full-time availability is the priority, willing to take 2 weeks/month & Limited call
  • Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30PM
  • Weekend Requirements: On call weekend coverage from Friday at 5pm until Monday at 7am. Rotated with other providers
  • Inpatient and outpatient cancer patients - both adults & geriatric
  • Caseload is 70-80% oncology and 20-30% hematology (APP's handle the majority of Hem pts.)
  • Epic is the documentation system used by this facility
  • Average Number of patients per day (Inpatient): 16-18
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day (Hospital, Call/Rounding): 6 (APPs to hospital rounds)
  • Require duties: Tumor board, Blood bank, Order tests & images, prescriptions
  • Number of physicians in practice: 3
  • Number of APPs in practice: 3
  • Board Certified - Required
  • Ohio State License - Highly Preferred; willing to consider IMLC candidates
  • BLS Certified - Required
  • Must be available at least 2 weeks/month or full-time
