    This Child and Adolescent Psychiatry role offers the chance to practice thoughtful, patient-centered care within a supportive, mission-driven behavioral health program along the Texas Gulf Coast.

    Practice Overview

    Outpatient-focused Child and Adolescent Psychiatry role within a collaborative group practice
    Clinical autonomy to shape treatment plans with shared coverage to support continuity of care
    Multidisciplinary team, including child therapists, psychiatric nurses, and dedicated support staff
    Strong clinical leadership support, including access to the Chief Medical Officer
    Option to incorporate adult patients based on interest and experience
    Schedule & Flexibility

    Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
    No call responsibilities
    Two days per week of telehealth are built into the schedule
    Practice model designed to support work-life balance

    Candidate Profile

    Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
