Job Details:

• Full-time position (Part-time possibility)
• On-site role
• School year commitment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Create and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child's specific needs
• Ensure timely documentation of evaluation outcomes, progress reports, discharge reports, daily notes, and service tracker notes
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers, teachers, and other relevant individuals regarding students' requirements

Requirements:

• Valid California License in Occupational Therapy
• Department of Education License, if necessary
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
