The following is what we're looking for you to have right off the bat:
- Expert level JavaScript/Node.JS development skills
- Experience with MongoDB or other schema-less DBs
- At least some experience with AWS services, especially Lambda
- Experience developing UI with React
- React Native experience very nice to have
- Commitment to unit testing
- Ability to intelligently interpret requirements and collaboratively refine architectures and designs
- Ability to extend UIs using existing templates and designs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive mindset - anticipate and remediate issues before they reach our customers
