    ITE Management, a leading investment manager specializing in the transportation sector, is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join its dynamic and rapidly growing team.

Our team of professionals provide extensive experience in investments, portfolio management, risk management, data analytics, credit analysis and industry-specific operations. The new Senior Fund Accountant will be an integral part of our team and a contributor to the firm's growth.

    Today, the firm manages assets across various industrial and transportation related verticals, with office locations in NYC, Chicago and St. Louis. Due to the firm's dynamic and forward-thinking approach, the capital commitments have tripled in the past three years. Today, ITE manages approximately $5.7 Billion of real assets across freight railcars, commercial aircraft, and intermodal.

    The Senior Fund Accountant is a critical member of the ITE team, responsible for working with all members of the firm and the senior leadership.

    You Will:

    • Primary responsibility is to prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
    • Accounting for Fund Management Company and various Funds
    • Prepare monthly journal entries and prepare bank reconciliations
    • Calculate and forecast performance fees
    • Partnership allocations
    • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
    • Maintain highly sensitive information confidential
    • Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
    • Prepare monthly account reconciliations
    • Maintain the books and records of various entities
    • Assist with bank covenants
    • Assist with financial and tax audits
    • Assist with tax administration
    • Other Ad Hoc projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting/Finance
    • Strong understanding of Lease Accounting
    • 5+ years Public/Private Accounting experience
    • Experience in hedge fund or private equity preferred
    • Team player
    • Highly detail oriented and organized
    • Ability to meet assigned deadlines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Advanced Proficiency in Excel

    Salary Range:

    Estimated base salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $125,000. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
